Each week a new restaurant will teach your teens how to slice, dice, saute, and simmer their way through new menus.

We encourage your teen (the minimum age is 12) to learn from every ehef during our summer program. Our 4-day camps with feature different recipes each day (and sometime several per day, depending on the complexity). We donate all leftovers and remaining ingredients to the local homeless shelter and food pantries.

The day starts at 9am where your teen chefs will learn to prepare a lunch menu. They break at 11am to taste their creations (time varies based on time needed to cook). The class resumes for baking and or desserts for the last two hours. Pick up is from 2-2:15pm.

We are still finalizing our list of restaurants and chefs, more to come soon!

“I always assumed making pasta from scratch was too advanced. But once I learned, I couldn’t stop. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to store-bought pasta.”
